In recent days some owners have published complaints and suggestions on social networks or have sent email to the address email@example.com, this has made it clear that some of the indications given in our press releases of the last month have not been correctly acknowledged.
Community services: last March 19th we indicated that the following services and a reference telephone number remained guaranteed:
- 24H GUARD SERVICE WITH BARRIER ALWAYS CLOSED AND WITH ENTRIES AND EXITS FOR PROVEN NEEDS
- SECURITY SERVICE TO THE PURIFIER
ALL THE PRESENTS IN THE COMMUNITY TERRITORY ARE INVITED, RESIDENT AND NON-RESIDENT, TO STAY IN THEIR OWN HOUSES AND TO CONTACT FOR EVERY NEED THE NUMBER 079689712, available 24 hours/day.
The measure will remain operational as long as the current regional and national orders will do. Therefore It remains unexplicable that some events, such as water leaks etc. , have been published on social networks but not reported to the indicated telephone number.
Unemployment Benefits: From this week the procedures for the activation of the Unemployment Benefits have been completed, in agreement with the labor union. The BoD has worked intensely in the last period for the realization of this goal.
The request for advance of general quotas: It is completely improper to compare this request (moreover in line with what has been done in previous years), with the suspension of payments of utility bills for public services. The administration of the Community takes place thanks to the payments of the shares by the owners, which allows the payment of employee salaries and the maintenance of common areas. Only a general meeting could have the right to take this decision and cause a change in this procedure. Particular and difficult cases can certainly be assessed and, as always, taken care of.
