THE DEADLINE FOR THE PAYMENT IS ON SEPTEMBER 30, 2017.

In case of non-payment within the deadline indicated above, we’ll apply the Art. 64th of the Costa Paradiso Territory Internal Rules, which say : "The defaulting Participant shall be required to pay the interests at the official discount rate plus four points from the thirtieth day after the expiry date, provided that at least fifteen days from the written invitation. "

Let us remind those who have not yet paid the total amount of rates of 2016/2017, that the term for this payment expired on March 13th, 2017 and therefore from the 13th of September the water supply will be interrupted to the defaulting participants ( 2nd Comma art. 64 of the Rules).
As ratified by the assembly of August the 9th, regarding the start-up of the new Service for water supply (sustained from Abbanoa),  in the next few days we’ll begin the replacement of teletype-counters, only to the Participants in rule with the payments. To the others no replacement will be performed and the water supply will be interrupted.

WARNING: We remind you that from September the 1st has started the new distribution system for postal charges; according to it those who have requested the PEC(offered from the Community) will pay 5 € per year, while those who will prefer the invoice by mail will pay from 5 (normal mail) € to10 € (registered mail). We remind you that the Balances can be consulted on the Community site at www.territoriocostaparadiso.it.
