PRESIDENT Mr. MONTEROSSO FULL REPORT TO THE MEMBERS MEETING HAS BEEN PUBLISHED

Pending the publication of the minutes of the extraordinary and ordinary meetings held on August 11th 2021 (which are currently under preparation by the notary), we are publishing the full text of the President’s report, during the meetings only some excerpts of which were presented (link). Here we want to quote a very significant point relating to the aims of the outgoing Board of Directors.

…….To bring the administration of the Community back to the structure for which it was set up and based on its regulations, and in particular :

• managing common property ,

• protecting the natural environment,

• monitoring compliance with the property development regulations , which have been accepted by each member at the time of the purchase deed of a property located in the territory,

• watching the private properties,

• transparently administering the revenue incoming from the members' contribution in accordance with the economic principles and the improvement the quality of life, pursuing late payments by all means laid down in the Regulation ……

It is quite clear that the new Board of Directors, substantially in line with the previous one, will  act on the same basis to pursue the same aims.

NEW BOARD OF DIRECTORS, COUNCIL OF THE REPRESENTATIVES, and TECHNICAL-ARTISTIC COMMITTEE

On August 12th, at the inauguration meeting the new Board of Directors unanimously appointed:

Mr. Gianni Monterosso Chairman

Mr. Ferdinando Mulas Vice-Chairman

Mrs. Maria Luisa Ferrari Treasurer

The Council of the Representatives appointed Mr. Domenico Butera president.

The Board of Directors appointed Marco Bertozzi president of the Technical-Artistic Committee.
